INSTRUCTIONS:

If you choose to download one or more of these types of files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view these files. Please download Acrobat Reader if you do not have it currently installed on your computer. The link will open a new browser window to the Adobe Acrobat Reader homepage. Read the instructions on the page to begin downloading the executable file. When the download is finished, close the new browser window in order to return to these instructions.

After downloading the executable file (ar40eng.exe), locate it on your harddrive and double click it to install.

After you have installed the program, please come back to this page and click on one of the links below. The document will open Acrobat Reader within your browser window, and you will be able to view and print the document.

NOTE: If you do not want to open the .PDF document within your browser window, simply hold down the shift key on your keyboard while simultaneously clicking the link with your left mouse button. This will cause the .PDF file to be downloaded directly to your harddrive. Another alternative is to right click on the download link, click on "Save Link As..." in Netscape ("Save Target As..." in Internet Explorer), and the file will be directly downloaded to your harddrive. In any event, you still must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the file.
